The MVFC placed four members on the American Football Coaches Association All-America Team, tied for the second-most in the nation. MVFC picks included Ben Boothby of Northern Iowa, Shakir Bell of Indiana State, Bryan Boemer of Southern Illinois, and Paul Cornick of North Dakota State.
