Sophomore Kurt Hess accounted for five touchdowns, threw for a career-high 293 yards completing 21-of-29 pass attempts and tied a school record with four touchdown passes to lead the YSU football team to a 34-27 win over Illinois State in front of 18,543 fans on Saturday afternoon at Stambaugh Stadium.
