YSU runs three plays up the middle for little gain. That is it. This game is over. FINAL NORTH DAKOTA STATE 45 YOUNGSTOWN STATE 7. It is amazing how dominate NDSU seemed in this game pitting two top three ranked teams in the country.

Looking at the FCS scoreboard, I see that Southern Illinois is defeating Illinois State 17-0 so NDSU might now have the inside track for the Missouri Valley Football Conference title.
I don't think anyone had this game being a blowout. NDSU proves that they might have the best defense in the country and not too shabby of an offense. This last drive is stalled at the YSU 17 for a 34 yard FG attempt by Keller, which is good. NDSU moves its lead to 48-7 with 7:20 left in the game.
NDSU just methodically is moving the ball down the field on this drive and cutting the clock down. Gebhart gets a nice 11 yard pass play down to the YSU21.
Emotions are running bad for Youngstown State as Dale Peterman had a hit after the whistle blew. NDSU is down to the YSU 34.
