There’s been news around the Southern Conference involving quarterbacks, not all of it good. Miguel Starks, one of three quarterbacks who made an impression calling signals last fall for The Citadel, has been charged in a robbery in Charleston that allegedly occurred over the weekend. Starks generated 327 yards of total offense and five touchdowns in the Bulldogs’ 38-28 upset of Furman in 2009.
