Furman’s current head coach, Bobby Lamb, dipped into the history of the school’s football program to add a nice touch to the routine by asking former head coaches Art Baker and Dick Sheridan to lead the teams in the spring game on April 17. Well, my two sons and I went to the Drake spring game tonight. It was good to see some live action and the weather was about as good as it could be in mid-April in the middle of America in Iowa--kickoff at around 65 degrees without acloud in the sky. Here are some photos from the game, along with some of my sons.
