Lamar continues to move forward with their vision of putting a successful football program together, one that could catapult it to the ranks of a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) entry. This week, Lamar University president James Simmons announced that seven new suites will be built and leased for $25,000 a year (with a three-year commitment) in the athletic complex in the end zone.
