    WIU @ CCU?

That 6-5 Coastal Carolina is hosting is by far the biggest surprise of the Bracket. How on earth did they even make their bid to the NCAA? They found out they made the playoffs at 6PM, at best. Did the check even clear?

North Dakota State barely made it into the field. The bubble's burst for: Jacksonville (10-1) and Liberty (8-3). The Flames have to be wondering how they lost both the Big South autobid and the at-large bid. Woofed two years in a row.

On Coastal Carolina. Everyone has to make a bid by a certain deadline. CCU was still in contention and they followed through, no matter how unlikely it was that they would get it. I am sure that CCU made a pretty hefty bid, as did North Dakota State, Georgia Southern and Northern Iowa.
