Following the FCS Scoreboard 11/26/11

Big day as the playoffs start and the SWAC Championship matchup is decided in the Bayou Classic so I am following the scores. The winners of each of the four playoff games advance to the next round and if Grambling wins then they are in the SWAC Champ Game. Times are Eastern.

NCAA Division I Championships
FINAL James Madison 20 @ Eastern Kentucky 17 (last second 35 yard FG to win)
FINAL Norfolk State 18 @ Old Dominion 35
FINAL Albany 28 @ Stony Brook 31
FINAL Central Arkansas 34 @ Tennessee Tech 14

Bayou Classic
FINAL Southern 12 @ Grambling 36

    Pretty even matchup in the JMU @ EKU game. EKU had a big kickoff return in the first quarter and were going in to score when JMU intercepted in the endzone. The teams traded TDs. EKU kicked a 48 yard FG as the half expired to take the lead 10-7.

    Norfolk State, playing at Old Dominion, has been penalized 11 times already and there's 9 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. The home team has not been penalized and is leading 21-7.

    14 minutes left in the 2nd quarter and Albany blocked a Stony Brook punt and returned it for a TD to take a 14-0 lead.

    ODU has scored twice off of a pair of NSU turnovers, interceptions.
    JMU has scored 10 straight to tie vs. EKU.

    With Albany trailing 31-28 to SBU, Albany was in the red zone and threw an INT in the endzone with 47 seconds left.
