College Sporting News is pleased to use this one day to celebrate the choices, dreams and aspirations of these fine football student-athletes and the institutions that provide the opportunity.

It is a big day for the student-athletes signifying their intent to participate in the football programs at the schools and conferences of the Division I Football Championship Subdivision.

Of course all the conference and schools do not announce their lists at the same time so the following list is in progress but we'll update it as soon as we get the news. Later on schools may announce more so check their websites for updates but these are the ones announced on this special day.
