What's Another Blog?

"By day, he's an unassuming, mild-mannered reporter for the Daily Bugle. But at night, he fights the good fight for truth, justice, and the CSN Way!"
Well, that's not exactly how it is. But some days it sure feels a lot like that.
I'm Chuck B., and I write the CSN Way here at College Sporting News, as well as occasionally veering into my own CSN Diary column on occasion as well when I attend a particularly interesting game or media session.
For the last five years (has it already been that long?), I have been covering FCS football for CSN. In addition to my columns at CSN (and this spankin'-new blog), I also write Lehigh Football Nation, one of the oldest college football blogs on the planet. (Basically, I'm admitting I have no life. There, I said it.)
There is something that makes Football Championship Subdivision football unique - it's the feeling that this level of football, Division I football where costs are contained, is more pure, less corrupted by the big money and bowl system that plagues Bowl Subdivision. FCS don't need no stinkin' bowls - we determine a real champion, thorough a 16 (and starting in 2010, 20) team playoff. It's the best system ever to determine a champion, and it's all ours. Let FBS have the bowls. We'll take the Championship.
Like Kent's, this blog will be updated with news and thoughts that may not be worthy of an entire column, but tidbits that are worth instant publishing. Watch for one.... soon.
