Southland Conference competition looks fierce again

Northwestern State football coach Bradley Dale Peveto has been part of staffs at LSU, Houston, Arkansas, Southern Miss and at other colleges, and as a player he went to four bowl games at SMU from 1982-86.

So he knows a little something about competitive college football.

Entering 2012 and his fourth season as head coach of the Demons, Peveto said the Southland Conference is poised for a hyper-competitive season.
