Portland State football coach Nigel Burton has announced the signing of 21 student-athletes in his 2013 National Letter of Intent class. Once again, Burton is thrilled with the quality his staff recruited across positions and the local flavor that the signing class brings. Fifteen of the 21 signees are high schoolers, four are junior college transfers and two are a four-year transfers.
