SAN MARCOS, Texas - After trailing 7-6 late in the first quarter, the Nicholls State University football team surrendered 31 consecutive points as Texas State handed Nicholls its fourth straight loss, dropping the Colonels, 38-12, in front of 15,502 fans at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday night.
