Junior Shaun Rutherford has been chosen the FCS Independent Player of the Week by College Sports Madness after completing 8 of his 12 passes for 109 yards and three touchdowns against Nicholls on Oct. 1. Rutherford also gained 18 yards on six carries against the Colonels.
