Longtime area rivals Norfolk State and Hampton match up for the 49th time this Saturday in the State Farm Battle of the Bay. Kickoff is at 4 p.m. at Dick Price Stadium.Both teams are attempting to enhance their positioning in the MEAC standings as the regular season enters its final month.
