ORANGEBURG, SC—Redshirt sophomore quarterback Richard Cue proved to be the missing link for injured Derrick Wiley, throwing for 16-of-30 for 213 yards and also rushing for 56 yards and two touchdowns to lead SC State to a 23-13 victory over Georgia State Saturday at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium.
