ELON, N.C. -- The Elon Phoenix football team will play its third game in four weeks on the road this Saturday when it travels down I-85 to take on the ninth-ranked Wofford Terriers. The Phoenix enters with an overall record of 4-4 and is 2-3 in the Southern Conference while Wofford is 5-2, 3-1.
