Despite a career-high 101 yards rushing and three total touchdowns from quarterback Kelton Hill, the Georgia State football team dropped a 30-27 decision in overtime Saturday to St. Francis (Ill.) at the Georgia Dome, the Panthers' third straight overtime contest.
