The #19 James Madison rushing attack was too much for UMass to handle as the Minutemen fell, 34-17, at McGuirk Stadium in UMass' final game at the FCS level. JMU's Dae'Quan Smith rushed for 251 yards, good for second most in a single game in school history. The last time the Minutemen gave up a 200+ individual rushing performance was against JMU in 2008. Both Perry McIntyre and Darren Thellen set career highs in tackles with 17 and 14, respectively.
