CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Southeast Missouri linebacker Blake Peiffer, quarterback Matt Scheible and wide receiver/return specialist Spencer Davis were named to the 2011 All-Ohio Valley Conference Football Teams Tuesday. Peiffer earned First-Team honors, Scheible took Second-Team accolades and Davis made the league's All-Newcomer Team.
