PHILADELPHIA – UNH senior linebacker Matt Evans (Hanover, Mass.) was named to The Sports Network FCS Preseason All-America First Team, and junior offensive lineman Ricky Archer (The Plains, Va.) was tabbed to the Preseason All-America Third Team, it was announced Monday.
