North Dakota State University defensive end Coulter Boyer was named to the 2011 College Football Performance Awards Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Defensive Ends and Defensive Tackles Preseason Watch List released today. Boyer was also one of five players tabbed as a "defensive lineman on the cusp" on the Sports Network look at the top defensive lineman in the FCS
