The Portland State football video preview is out with a breakdown from Tom Hewitt and Mike Lund. The Vikings open their season on Sept. 1, hosting Carroll College at JELD-WEN Field in a 5 p.m. game.Following this Saturday's football practice at Stott Community Field, the Portland State football team will host a free youth camp and fan fest.
