Staten Island, NY – Monmouth senior quarterback Kyle Frazier completed 22-of-28 passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns while running for another score while running back Julian Hayes ran for 103 yards carries to lead Monmouth to a 38-17 Northeast Conference win over Wagner at newly-named Hameline Field at Wagner College Stadium.
