Stephen F. Austin head coach J.C. Harper will speak at a luncheon Tuesday afternoon at Traditions Restaurant, beginning at noon. Harper will recap the 2012 season, as well as preview the Lumberjacks upcoming games against nationally ranked Central Arkansas and Sam Houston State.
