Eastern Kentucky moved up to 16th in the FCS Coaches poll while Tennessee State made its poll debut at No. 24 on Monday; the two teams play on Saturday in Nashville. Tennessee Tech freshman Ladarius Vanlier was named National Specialist of the Week after setting an OVC record with 11 kickoff returns on Saturday.
