UT Martin quarterback Derek Carr was named National Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season on Monday. Carr threw for 402 yards and seven touchdowns on Saturday and has UTM ranked for the third time since 2008. Three OVC teams are ranked in the Sports Network poll now, the first time that has happened since Oct. 19, 2009.
