Wagner won for the seventh consecutive time out on the gridiron and NEC Offensive Player of the Week Dominique Williams had much to do with the winning effort. The junior running back totaled 224 yards from scrimmage as the Seahawks squeaked by Patriot League member Holy Cross. Meanwhile, Saint Francis (PA) posted its fourth victory of the season, and first-ever win at Monmouth, thanks to the help of NEC Special Teams Player of the Week Dane Domonkos and NEC Rookie of the Week Anthony Abeid. The former tied the conference record for longest kickoff return when he sprinted 97 yards for a first-quarter score. Abeid, on the other hand, came off the bench and rushed for 119 yards and one touchdown. The NEC Defensive Player of the Week award went to safety Cameron Chadwick. The senior picked off two passes as Robert Morris won for the third time in the last four weeks.
