Dear family, friends and fans,Before the Bucknell game, I challenged our team, telling them whoever comes out physically and mentally tougher will win the game. They had to respond quickly, overcoming adversity with all of the injuries we suffered on offense in the first quarter, but we were still able to run the ball well with Jo'el Kimpela. Our defense turned in as good a performance as I have seen in my 28 years coaching and I think all of our older players played with a chip on their shoulder because of the four-game losing streak we had against Bucknell. We had our backs against the wall in the fourth quarter, but I was proud of how we responded to keep many of our goals alive going into the last game.
