POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State's Tavoy Moore was selected in the Kickoff Returner preseason watch list for the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA). He becomes one of three ISU football players selected as A.J. Storms was named to the CFPA Linebackers watch list and David Harrington was named to the Punters Watch List in the last month.
