CONWAY, Ark. _ University of Central Arkansas quarterback Wynrick Smothers earned his league-high fourth Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week award on Monday and sophomore kicker Eddie Camara his second after the Bears’ 48-30 victory over Eastern Illinois on Saturday at First Security Field at Estes Stadium.
