NORFOLK, Va. – Four North Carolina Central University Eagles – defensive lineman Stephen Young, return specialist Arthur Goforth, offensive lineman Charles Goodwin and defensive lineman Xavier Proctor – have been selected to the 2012 All-MEAC Football Team, the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference announced on Saturday.
