Following a dramatic overtime road win over No. 6 Appalachian State, No. 15 Illinois State (9-3, 5-3 MVFC) has advanced to the FCS playoff quarterfinals for the first time since 2006 and will face No. 4 Eastern Washington (10-2, 7-1 Big Sky), when the Redbirds travel to Cheney, Wash., to face the Eagles on the bright red turf of Roos Field.
