POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State football coach Mike Kramer has announced changes to his coaching staff. The ISU coach has hired Spencer Toone, a defensive graduate assistant at Utah State for the past two years to coach outside linebackers and Mike Ferriter, an offensive graduate assistant at UNLV to coach inside wide receivers and manage the running backs.
