Illinois State head football coach Brock Spack and his staff will publicly announce the 2013 Redbird recruiting class at a National Signing Day party to be held at Alexander's Steakhouse in Normal, Ill., the evening of Feb. 6. The event is free of charge and open to the public, with light appetizers and a cash bar provided by Alexander's.
