RICHMOND, Ky. – Former Eastern Kentucky University wide receiver Tyrone Goard hopes to make a name for himself at the NFL Scouting Combine this week in Indianapolis, Ind. He is the first Colonel to participate in the NFL Combine since defensive back Antwaun Molden in 2008.
