Portland State football has signed two more student-athletes to National Letters of Intent for 2013; wide receiver Anthony Jenkins from Poteet High School in Mesquite, TX and linebacker Kalei Kauha'aha'a (CALL-ay COW-ha-a-ha-a) of Juan Diego Catholic High School in Draper, UT. That brings PSU's signing class to 22 for 2013.
