Phil Steele's College Football Preview placed UC Davis at No. 38 in the FCS Top 40 Preseason Countdown, it was announced by philsteele.com on Wednesday. The website also released the 2011 Preseason All-Great West Conference Team, with several Aggies receiving honors.
