Offensive lineman Fernando Diaz (Bronx, N.Y.) has accepted a grant-in-aid offer to play football for Stony Brook, head coach Chuck Priore announced on Friday. Diaz, a transfer from the University of Pittsburgh, will compete for a starting spot at right guard.
