ORANGEBURG, SC – The starting time for SC State's first three scheduled football practices has been changed. The Bulldogs, who reported to the campus today (Aug. 1) will practice Tuesday through Thursday at 6:40 p.m. instead of the originally announced time of 3:10 p.m.
