The Norfolk State athletics department is announcing a new opportunity for fans to experience the excitement of Spartan football this season. The Spartan Fan Zone will debut on Saturday, Sept. 3 prior to the Virginia Lottery Labor Day Classic with Virginia State to provide pregame fun for all Spartan ticket holders.
