Due to complications from Hurricane Irene, the Fifth Quarter Club Kickoff Countdown, scheduled for tomorrow night (Aug. 31), has changed venues. The new location for the event will be Casey's Grill & Bar on 191 Old Tower Hill Road in Wakefield, R.I.
