North Carolina Central University opens its first football season as a full member of the NCAA Division I-FCS against Rutgers of the Big East. Thursday’s match-up will be one of the first Division I gridiron contests of the 2011 season and marks the Eagles' sideline debut for NCCU head coach Henry Frazier III.
