FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona football team opens the Walkup Skydome officially Saturday in the home opener for the 2011 season against Fort Lewis College at 3:05 p.m. The game represents the first athletic event in the newly renovated Skydome that has been closed since last December for the $26 million project. It is first major renovation since the building opened in September 1977. Saturday’s game is sponsored by Barton Malow.
