Western Carolina opens the home portion of its 2011 season on Saturday evening, under the lights at E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field as local rival, Mars Hill, comes to town in an inter-conference cat fight. A busy day of Purple & Gold clad activity culminates with the 6:00 pm kickoff.
