Norfolk State senior kicker Ryan Estep was named the MEAC Co-Special Teams Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.Estep was 3-for-3 on field goals in the Spartans’ loss at West Virginia on Saturday, accounting for nine of NSU’s 12 points.
