The USD Toreros (2-1) open up their 2011 Pioneer Football League schedule this coming Saturday, September 24th, with a road contest at Morehead State University (1-2). Kickoff is slated for 9:30 a.m. (PT) at Jayne Stadium (10,000 capacity). This is the 7th meeting between the USD Toreros and Morehead State Eagles. San Diego owns a perfect 6-0 mark in the series that began back in 2005. Last season the Toreros won in San Diego by a score of 34-0 on November 6th. Coach Caragher is 4-0 in PFL openers.
